CrossFit Lite

This is where to begin… If you have no experience of CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, or maybe you’ve never followed an exercise program before, then you’re in the right place. CrossFit Lite should not be mistaken for CrossFit Easy, but we will absolutely make sure every exercise is taught thoroughly and everyone is comfortable with what is being done in the class, and confident in participating in the workout.



This is the Flagship Class and program, over 5 days will provide a complete, strength and conditioning program for all athletes of all levels, shapes and sizes.


Barbell Club

Barbell class is a great session focused around Olympic weightlifting, outlining a progressional path to learning, perfecting and mastering the clean & jerk or snatch.



This is a speciality class which teaches the fundamental and progressional techniques of the body-weight movements, like pull-ups, handstand push-ups, box jumps and muscle-ups.


Open Gym Sessions

Open Gym is bookable free use of the facilities in ‘The Fridge’ area of our premises only. Come in and follow our accessory program which runs in tandem with our CrossFit Program for that extra push, or just simply do your own thing with friends!


Kids Sessions

We also offer something for the young ones! Check out our kids classes, available throughout the week for ages 3 to 15.
